Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 10 years of PLM job experience with the skills below.
  • The candidate should be proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and other communication software.
  • Knowledge and some hands-on experience with development tools, website and mobile development will be a positive characteristic to have. This is a senior position with high expectations. 
  • The PLM must have a deep understanding of one or more industry vertical and has the ability to effectively communicate to technologists, business users and executives from the C Suite within those enterprises.
  • They should be capable of handling pointed questioning by the customer and have the personality to persuade.
  • The person should be energetic, have an open mind and be an advocate for the creation of products and solutions.   

Other skills:

  • Need to be responsive to customer directly and indirectly (Email and SMS)
  • Need to have excellent analysis skills and to think on your feet
  • Need to be an excellent listener
  • Need to be able to communicate your product concepts to R&D team
  • Need to be able to travel internationally without restrictions (up to 30% of time)
  • Need to understand and use the Agile Methodology
  • Need to be able to become a SME on a subject area as quickly as possible
  • Need to be committed as an evangelist for existing and new Nokia Products
  • Need to be honest and forthcoming
  • Need to have thick skin and not take yourself to serious.
