About Cloud & Network Services

Cloud and Network Services is a leading Nokia business group that offers Network solutions on Core, Business and Enterprise segments, as well as Cloud solutions and Cognitive Services. It is a newly formed business group, that includes most of the former Nokia Software business, Nokia’s enterprise solutions, core network solutions including both voice and packet core, and managed and advanced services from its former Global Services unit. This unit will also act as a delivery channel of certain products from other business groups to enterprise customers. Cloud and Network Services (CNS) will target growth by leveraging the industry transition to cloud-based delivery, network-as-a-service business models, and software-led value creation.

Main responsibilities

• Design the security services processes along with the recommended organization structure
• Ensures proper design of L1 to L6 processes with associated performance metrics per Nokia standards
• Design tooling architecture for different delivery models with the support of relevant stakeholders
• Need to be updated on upcoming innovations in security technology domain
• Drive security automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity in delivery and sharpen the value proposition for customers
• Must have good understanding security issues in Telecom, Cloud/IoT
• Ensures proper alignment with all stakeholders with the proposed process & tools model
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders for proof-of-concepts and analyses results for final adjustment of tools and system
• Ensures cross service unit alignment on process & tools delivery model topics with strong architectural guidance leveraging solutions or use cases for the benefits of MSS business.
• Program manage process creation and tools onboarding projects

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in architecture creation and services, deep knowledge of and management in complex environment
• Strong knowledge of security technologies/tools across different layers 
• Knowledge and experience in IT Security and Cyber Security domains
• Excellent leadership skills as well as problem solving and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive, influence, and implement new product ideas
• Able to interface with internal customers and 3rd party partners to understand opportunities and use cases
• Strong ability to interface with and synthesize messages for executive level management, both internally and with customers
• Innovation, entrepreneur and “out of the box thinking” mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Able to drive activities in a global environment, leveraging the strengths of staff and peers
• Manage quality, timeline, and commitments with good predictability
• Active listener, good negotiation skills, ability manage others and own emotions, adaptable, rigorous, proactive

 Education

• Experience required - > 12-15 years
• Education – Bachelor of Engineering/Technology /Master’s Degree or Equivalent 
• Security Certifications:
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
• ISO/IEC 27001:2013 LA/LI
• PMP or equivalent certifications
