Nokia Procurement Services Support team is a global team (located in Hungary, Budapest) and responsible for process and tool development.
We are looking for a
Process Owner Travel
to join our team in Budapest, Hungary.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall Concur travel, Ariba fleet and Ariba Virtual Card process design and its application, and continuous improvement in accordance with Nokia process guidelines, framework, and tools in own process scope. This role ensures that processes are sufficiently documented
  • Is responsible for Process Performance (Makes proposal for process performance targets & defines, implements and monitors the process performance metrics continuously)
  • Is responsible for e2e processes from own process scope point of view (e.g. information is exchanged between linked processes and master data is used)
  • Drives continuous improvement, optimization and automation of processes based on performance measures, benchmarking, customer feedback, lessons learnt, audit etc.
  • Creates process development plan, execution roadmap (12-18 month) and long range plan (3 years)
  • Ensures that processes are sufficiently documented, are aligned with Nokia process architecture and common global process documentation guidelines. Reviews & approves process documentation
  • Ensures that processes and related IT solutions meet the approved business requirements (targets, business requirements from process managers
  • Is responsible for aligning Process Management  with Information/Data management
  • Ensures support for process issues
  • Is accountable / responsible for process governance structure is in place


  • University or college degree in business related field
  • experience in Professional Services and or Travel related procurement processes
  • experience with SAP Ariba P2P and preferably S2C
  • 5+ years’ experience in P2P/procurement area
  • Intermediate to advanced level of Excel and Outlook and Access
  • Experience with SAP FI/MM module
  • Fluent English is a must
