Process Manager (Business development, Distribution)
Overall purpose
Drive Nokia’s Distribution process excellence: process development, either via project management and project deployment, or continuous improvement and data analytics capabilities (powerBI) or through technical capabilities in SAP and/or Oracle Transportation management (OTM) with key focus on logistics and warehousing. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting into Global Distribution Business Development team.
Key responsibilities/accountabilities
• Deliver end to end delivery and transportation process & systems improvement
• Ensure SAP delivery & shipping and Oracle Transportation Management process stability and improvement
• Build and develop process and user instructions, deliver training to a broad set of end users via classroom & virtual sessions
• Identify systematic problems in the distribution end to end process, complete root cause analysis and implement sustainable improvements
• Build strong relationships with matrix teams to act as a change advocate implementing targeted improvements in support of transformational projects and process fixes
• Ensure process excellence and support for key distribution processes & tools
• Drive for transportation optimization and process automation via transformation projects and continuous improvement
• Gather business requirements and turn those into successful project deliveries in close collaboration with IT
• Operate efficient transportation services of inbound and outbound shipments with high automation rate and accurate transportation visibility
• Support change management and communication
• Drive analytics and reporting capabilities
• Drive Nokia’s Distribution capabilities towards IOT – leveraging new technologies and capabilities
Skill profile
• Passion for process development, continuous improvement and new technologies
• Excellent technical knowledge of SAP ERP
• OTM knowledge/skills (Oracle transportation mgmt)
• Data analytics capabilities, reporting / analytics tools
• Strong logistics and warehouse process background and project management skills
• Experience of large scale IT development projects
• Good business acumen
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good collaborations skills with key stakeholders e.g. IT, LSP, finance, procurement

• 3-7 years’ of supply chain mgmt experience
