As Data Privacy Program Professional, you will be the responsible for analyzing, specifying and realizing next level data privacy solution. It includes project planning and management along the defined milestones and gateways, stakeholder relationship management, risk and opportunity management, leading the project teams and communicating the program’s proceedings to relevant peers.
 
Your stakeholders will consist members from various units and functions; from tools development, service delivery, communications, legal department and IT. It covers specialties like architecture planning, data content and classification, data transfers, customer contracting, data encryption and various others.
 
The Data Privacy Program Manager will also represent the Global Services BG in the community of Nokia´s data privacy officers.
 
You will be responsible for keeping our roadmaps up to date and to agree future releases with our development and our other project managers.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage Data Privacy Program and Drive Nokia Privacy principles deployment
  • Define strategy for Data Privacy compliance regulations and policies for tools, process and people for Global Services, anticipating customer needs and industry trends
  • Accountable for Privacy roadmap for GS. Develop and maintain Privacy roadmap up to date and to agree future releases with our development and our other project managers
  • Drive GDPR and all Privacy regulatory compliance with all GS organizations. Provide leadership for GDPR compliance and implementation in GS
  • Define Privacy by Design integrating standards, regulations and principles integrated with Application Engineering
  • Analyzing, specifying and realizing next level data privacy solutions
  • Represent the Global Services BG in the community of Nokia´s data privacy officers
  • Drive Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) program and execution

 

Qualifications
  • Good/ fluent written and spoken English (interaction with customers required time to time).
    A service mindset is mandatory
    A self-driven and result oriented mindset
  • Privacy expertise is mandatory, CIPP Certification (Certified Information Privacy Professional) preferred
  • Capabilities of transparent reporting towards upper management
  • Networking skills
  • Working across cultures with sensitivity, partnering, driving with a focus on business impact
  • Project/program management experience e.g. ability to coordinate multiple, cross-functional and global initiatives
  • Demonstrated high level analytical skills
  • General IT understanding
  • Know how about Nokia’s product portfolio for mobile and fixed networks is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Security know how is an advantage.
