Qualifications

Good/ fluent written and spoken English (interaction with customers required time to time).
A service mindset is mandatory
A self-driven and result oriented mindset -
Privacy expertise is mandatory, CIPP Certification (Certified Information Privacy Professional) preferred

Capabilities of transparent reporting towards upper management

Networking skills

Working across cultures with sensitivity, partnering, driving with a focus on business impact

Project/program management experience e.g. ability to coordinate multiple, cross-functional and global initiatives

Demonstrated high level analytical skills

General IT understanding

Know how about Nokia’s product portfolio for mobile and fixed networks is preferred, but not mandatory.

Security know how is an advantage.
