ASSIGNMENT
- Response for Fix Access( Fiber, ODN) business development.
- Understand technically customer needs (upstream work)
- Familiar with the contract nego with the customer and vender
- Contribute mainly, together with the sales manager, to reaching the objectives for orders and sales figures and customer satisfaction
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Contribute to customer RFQ development
- Define the sales strategy with Sales teams
- Draw-up offers by integrating the optimization of the solution (sizing) & stablish the estimate corresponding as well as the predictable profitability during negotiation until the final decision of the customer
- In charge of the global offer in case of projects including multi-products/multi-services
- Customer oriented through
· Global defense of the offer
· Activity in pre-sales projects (new products, new solutions, etc.)
- Draw up offers by integrating solution perfecting (determination) and establish the estimate corresponding the predictable profitability sheet, until the final decision of the customer
- Organize products/ market (competition, tendencies, markets) training
WORKING MODE
- Keep close contact with sales teams, program managers (joint team before customer)
- Work steadily with product teams as well as technical support and pre-sales in BDs
Maintain steady skills level for products and solutions
COMPETENCIES
  • Familiar with Fix Access product such as GPON, EPON, XDSL etc.
  • Demonstrates very strong business acumen and analytical skills, including identifying improvement opportunities, developing business cases, analyzing investment opportunities.
  • Ability to interpret customer requirements and solution
  • Advanced communication skills (verbal and written), including influencing those not under their direct control.
  • Self-learner and well organized
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet the tight deadlines
  • Problem solving attitude, taking initiative to search through available data while preparing an offer (eg. read earlier offers, generic documentation related to the subject), and if needed, timely reach out to experts
Education Background:
  • Bachelor or above
  • Major in: major in telecommunications or Computer Science related
  • Working experience: 3 ~5 years biz operation, market intelligence or product management experiences
  • Telecommunication Industry, familiar with fixed Network business and technology
  • Computer skill: familiar with MS office tools, strong on Excel & Power point
Language ability: Fluent in English, good communication capability
