About Fixed Networks

Our Fixed Networks (FN) business group provides an array of “gigabit to the home” solutions to deliver data access to our communication service provider (CSP) customers. This includes Fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) as well as 5G fixed wireless access (FWA), xDSL and cable upgrades. We build solutions that don’t stop at the home but also bring that gigabit experience into the home using our meshed Wi-Fi solution.
Job Description
- Support Philippines FTTH projects.
- Provide support for operations, finance and cost control as
- Provide operational PMO support to the project team
- Provide finance and cost control support to the project
- Support the preparation of End to End project plan and
track progress.
- Analyze the project progress and raise warnings and action
points when required.
- Manage Execute process for the project
- Manage Risks for the project
- Support Lesson Learned.
- Perform Local support for project follow up meetings and
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
- Support finance and cost control, providing support to sales
forecast, ECPLS tracking, cost control, etc.
- Prepare project plan, adjust when necessary and track
- Prepare Risk register and review regularly with the project
team to update and track mitigation actions
- Gather Lesson Learned and share in official Nokia Tool
- Manage Execute process ensuring that all steps and quality
gates are followed.
- Support the local GPM and PM with project meetings
preparations, presentations, project follow up, action
register, etc.
