Qualifications:
- Experience supporting people experience organizations is a must.
- Experience supporting North America People/HR Process (desirable).
- Experience managing U.S. I9 verification process (desirable).
- Experience supporting immigration and relocation process for US and Canada (desirable).
- Experience supporting customer experience improvement projects in People/HR organizations (desirable).
- Experience working on Share Service organizations (desirable).
- Experience supporting customer through ticketing tool and call line systems (desirable)
- Experience working with vendors as background check providers, relocation, immigration, and other People/HR service providers is a plus
- Experience using HR Systems: Taleo, SAP, and Success Factor HRIS (desirable)
Specialized or broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline. Typically, 3-5 years directly related experience and a graduate equivalent degree.
