The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

 

What you will learn and contribute to

PARTNER SUCCESS SPECIALIST

As a Partner Success Specialist at Nokia, you will be responsible for driving Nokia’s Private wireless market share growth together with our strategic channel partners. As a PSS, you will be tasked to enable our partners in selling, implementing and managing NDAC & MPW technologies. You will also act as the technical go to person for our partners' technical teams. As an extended member of the Partner sales team, you will align with the Partner Account Managers, Enterprise Solutions BU, and Partner Operations team to update and share the partner technical enablement strategy & collaterals.

Job Role Description - What You'll Do 

  • Act as the trusted technical advisor to Nokia partners driving the Mobile Private Wireless market share across the partner landscape 

  • Build and maintain knowledge of MPW technologies to support the enablement of strategic partners 

  • Collaborate with Market Partner GTM lead to analyse partner capabilities, portfolio and purpose to run initiatives and maximise impact 

  • Be responsible for all technical aspects of partner enablement around the products and solutions e.g. support for building a customer demo/poc environment 

 

Requirements - Who You Are 

  • Have a strong record of technical sales/consulting with a passion for learning and facilitating the learning of others 

  • A technical professional with an in-depth understanding of Mobile Private wireless products, solutions, roadmap, functionality, services and programs

  • Possess a thorough understanding of sales processes through channel partners using strong written, verbal, leadership and interpersonal skills 

  • The ability to communicate complex details in simplistic terms to customers and partners 

  • Strong project management skills by coordinating with multiple teams in order to scope, execute and measure learning programs 

  • Have a good attention to detail, reacting to customer/partner requests both creatively and rationally 

  • Continue to focus on personal development and learning throughout your career 

  • Contribute towards building and delivering effective training programs that enhances sales performance in a technical environment 

  • Posses a curiosity and desire to learn new skills and face new challenges

  • Willingness to be an educator, strategic thinker, enthusiastic entrepreneur and storyteller 

 

Examples of Activities

  • Lead and build the mobile private wireless technical development heat map and plans 

  • Drive learning maps and enablement programs in partnership with the Market Partner Organisation and the ENSO BU 

  • Mentor the Technical Training Program: organising, promoting and conducting New Technology or Product Enablement/Training. (this includes attending BU training, partner events, and own the redelivery to partners in your respective markets 

  • Motivate our partners to use enablement such as Web-based trainings, Demo, labs etc 

  • Become the trusted Partner Technical Advisor on MPW Architecture by providing our expertise our partners 

  • Provide feedback to improve the overall enablement process, tools and collateral 

  • Develop and deliver enablement assets, tools and programs including case studies, playbooks, story campaigns, publications etc 

  • Provide technical sales support for specific customer opportunities

  • Share input to solutions architectures in early phases of opportunity development 

  • Participate in evaluating and developing business opportunities in collaboration with Partner Sales Managers

Your skills and experience

  • Around 5+ years of technical sales and partner pre-sales experience

  • Understanding of the pre-sales engineering process and sales cycles

  • Experience with Radio network, packet core, network management systems

  • Ability to clearly and professionally communicate, complex technical and sales concepts

  • Experience delivering trainings, demos, proof-of-concepts

  • Bachelors or master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline

  • One of the Language skills is important (Japanese, Spanish, Arabic, French, German)
