Over the Air Radio Test Engineer, R&D
Position Requirements:
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Familiar with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, fading simulators, power meters etc.)
Good experience with 3GPP wireless standards including 3G/4G/LTE and signalling.
Good knowledge of system topology and air interface parameters
Ability to analyse network performance reports and basic understanding of KPIs
Knowledge of system level testing
Experience and practice in systematic testing methods.
Logical approach to problem-solving.
Experience Nokia Radio product eNB in commissioning, integration, software upgrade •Hands-on test and debugging capability. Ability to troubleshoot issues, create prontos and get into technical discussions with R&D.
Fluent in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office

Ability to travel internationally on short notice if needed (travel overall expected to be less than 10% of the time),
Business Unit Description: BTS R&D - Responsible for product development of macro-cellular Base Transceiver Stations, including all modules and sub-assemblies for 5G, LTE, WCDMA and GSM/EDGE.
