Mission
 
Accountable for e2e customer purchase order execution
Provide cross-functional business & process support for Business Groups, Finance, Sales and Market Operations, from CPO receipt via Order Intake through order execution.
Drive Process Automation & Harmonization all along the end-to-end order flow
 
Responsibilities
 
Collaborate proactively with stakeholders  and provide business expertise to Business Groups, Finance, Sales and Market Operations.
Ensure continuous simplification of the end to end order execution process
Build, manage and develop constantly additional skills upon deployment of new common tools.
Interface all organizations interacting in the supply chain and financial topics link to the customer contract execution.
Apply the harmonized processes in the cross fALU perimeter such as Order Structuring rules, coming into force rules, Large Order, Shipment request, Invoicing.
Provide visibility to Market Operations units on order execution, order booking and delivery commitments.
Support stakeholders on SOX related topics
Ensure continuous improvement of the end to end order execution process & KPI management.
