Summary: This position will be responsible for Nokia Software opportunity management  focusing on key accounts in SAV and complete Nokia Software portfolio. This position will be responsible for offer development, preparation, Initial pricing support LOA approval Objectives Lead and/or contribute to technical offer development activities including PxP & SoC responses, configurations & product cost estimates. Consolidate offer costs. Lead offer coordination & support LoA process as appropriate.
 
Key responsibilities: Coordinate A&A offer deliverables across teams and ensure timely completion (including updating CRM with latest information and status). Enforce NOKIA SELL and LOA processes. Deliver the highest possible quality of offer technical deliverables. Translate customer needs into products solutions that include sizing and detailed configurations for the products within scope. Provide detailed product compliancy and PxP support as part of RFI/RFP submissions. Consolidates offer costs and support Pre-Sales in looking for ways to optimize the functionality and costs. Continuously expand expertise on assigned products, collect customer needs to give feedbacks to the product management teams, give inputs on product roadmap, and review/improve product tendering material and tools
 
Key deliverables: Offer Technical deliverables (SoC, BoQs), Consolidated Offer Costs, Market Competitive Costs benchmarks, Travel when required for customer technical offer defenses. This job description list of responsibilities can be modified, changed, updated at any time by your supervisor.  Other duties will be added as necessary by your supervisor.
Key experiences and skills required:
1. At least  8-10 years Telecom experience, out of which Minimum 2 years of experience in Tendering/bid management in at least three out of the following technologies OSS, BSS, IoT, Security, MOTIVE customer care solution, Customer Experience management.
2. Prior Nokia Software(NSW) presales experience preferred. NSW portfolio includes: BSS, OSS, Fulfillment, CEM, Analytics, Customer Care analytics, NMS, security, Cloud, AAA, SBC, DDE, MRF, SI knowledge will be a big plus
3. Candidates should have the ability to quickly develop in depth product technical knowledge to prepare Nokia SW offer. Knowledge of any of the NSW portfolio will be very useful in performing the role effectively.
4. Time criticality: Ability to stretch, long hours and sometimes during weekends/holidays.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. 
6. Strong project, networking and time management skills. 
7. Independent, self-motivated and dedicated to success.
