Qualifications:

 
Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate the following experience and knowledge:


- Project Management Experience & Certification.

 
- Minimum 5 years experience in a global organisation PMO function / Performance Management (or equivalent).

 
- Display a good understanding of:
o PMI concepts (PMBOK)
o Nokia Project Framework (PBMBOK) and Execute Process
o Nokia “Quote to Cash” Process and Tools.
o Nokia internal tools that support project and business operations


- Exhibit a key focus on continuously improving commercial results i.e. margin improvement / cash flow.


- Work across boundaries and with all levels within the organization (both within Australia, APAC and offshore delivery centres)


- Process Improvement Methodologies


- Microsoft suite of programs and analytics to support governance and reporting forums.

 

- Familiarity with industry trends and skills in the area of Automation & Robotics
