  • Min 10 of years experience in Radio Planning and Optimisation with minimum 6years experience in LTE technology, 5G project experience and good track record in solving complex technical tasks.

  • In depth knowledge in LTE and 5G RF principle and fundamentals.

  • In-depth knowledge in Nokia LTE and 5G RAN algorithm, parameters, performance counters, network KPI, signaling flow and protocol.

  • Experience in LTE E2E mobile network (RAN and Core) network planning, performance and optimization.

  • Knowledge in database programming and data analytics is an added advantage.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Accountability to drive quality and costs efficiency.

  • Strong team player, self-motivated and possesses strong commitment to excel.

  • Extensive travelling on regular basis.
