The Nuage Networks Business Group has the requirement to hire a Senior Product Line Manager focussed on operations and processes

 

The successful candidate for this position will work closely & collaboratively with fast-paced cross-functional teams (CTO, Engineering, Marketing, sales and pre-sales organizations) with a focus on managing product operations including release management, roadmap structure & process, deliverables to field and customers. 

 

An ideal candidate for this position would excel in fulfilling the following key responsibilities:

  • 1/ Developing and enforcing processes around roadmap, feature requests etc

    2/ Project management for complex customer programs 

    3/ Developing communication & update mechanisms for internal & field consumption including customer/release dashboards

    4/ Interfacing with engineering operations (PGM) on release progress, KPIs, dependencies.

Required Qualifications:  

  • Strong understanding of SDN/Openflow principals, compute virtualization technologies and IP network architectures
  • Experience with deploying/architecting customer premise equipment (CPE) as part of an IPSEC and/or IP/MPLS service offerings
  • Enterprise / Service Provider network design/operations experience will be considered as a bonus
  • Fluency in routing protocols, security, wan optimization or application performance measurement - is a big plus
  • Minimum 2 years+ experience writing PRDs (Product Requirement Document)
  • Excellent communications skills are essential. Being able to articulate Nuage Networks solutions and differentiation for consumption by customers and sales/pre-sales teams is critical.
  • Superior writing skills are essential. Must be able to write clear and concise white papers and articles that effectively influence executives as well as technical decision makers within large enterprises and cloud service provider IT & networking organizations.
  • Innovative thinking and experience that brings different points of view to augment the team.
  • Resilience in a high-pressure (but very stimulating) start-up working environment, with a creative, entrepreneurial, and can-do attitude.

 Desired Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge) 

  • BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
