NSW Senior Account Manager - Core Telefonica
Proven work experience as an Account Manager /
Director, Key Account Manager / Director, Sales Account Manager / Director in the
Software Industry for Service Providers (7+ years experience)
· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key
stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
· Solid market experience in software domains like IMS VoLTE, UDB, IOT,
SDM, SBC, AAA, Analytics tools and Telco Cloud/NFVs;
· Clear understanding of technical reference architects for 3G, 4G
and 5G Networks;
· Strong Latin America Telecom market knowledge;
· Previous track record and sales
responsibility history with VIVO / Telefónica LATAM group;
· Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with
appropriate products and services;
· Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a
time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
· Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· BA/BS degree in Engineering, Software, Business Administration,
Sales or relevant field
· Languages skills including English, Spanish and Portuguese.
