  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager in a Software Industry; (7+ years experience)
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid market experience in software domains like OSS, BSS, Customer Care,  Analytics tools, Cloud/NFVs, Customer Experience Management and Security;
  • Strong Latin America Telecom market knowledge;
  • Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate products and services;
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Engineering, Software, Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
  • Languages skills including English and Spanish.
