- 2 years of product management or similar experience with a demonstrated understanding of market requirements for Optical Networking solutions
- 5 years of telecom product experience
- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Excellent technical skills, with solid technical and operational understanding of service provider solutions
- Excellent understanding of the industry landscape (competitors and partners)
- Adept at working collaboratively across many groups within the organization including sales, business development, product management, marketing, services & support, finance
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills: ability to write clear requirement for R&D and communicate technology strategy to peers & Nokia customers
