- Having more than 5 years with Planning and optimization experiences in Telecom Mobile network.
- Minimum: Bachelor degree (Electrical / Telecommunication) or corresponding experience.
- Knowledge and practice of Planning tool and optimization ools
- knowledge and practice of Nokia system and features is required.
- Proven project leading or NPO PM experience
- Good Presentation skill
- Strong communication , problem solving and consulting skills
- Proactive attitude
- Fluent in written/spoken Vietnamese and English
- Flexible to travel inside Vietnam and APJ.
