NPI Engineer
Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering degree or similar required with at least 2 years of experience in the Telecom sector, preferably joined apprenticeship during university.
- Native Turkish and fluent English are must.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
Ability to lead within a team environment.

Analytical mindset and creativity highly oriented towards problem solving.
Possesses a solid understanding of systematic troubleshooting, as well as having the capabilities to identify software and hardware issues in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
High accountability and initiative to get best results during technical project management activity.
- Capability for working under pressure and under short time reaction constraints.
Leading the fault investigations both remotely and on-site as requested.
- Having a good understanding of SDN & NFV concept.
- Capable of deploying SDAN solutions in Fixed Networks.
Knowledge of NETCONF / YANG model. Understanding basics of Docker, Kubernetes, IPFIX, OpenFlow and Kafka.
Good understanding of Fixed Wiress Access domain to support FastMile 4G / 5G indoor and outdoor solutions, as well as Nokia Wifi (Beacon) products and all FWA controllers' environment based on Altiplano.
Technology framework in the position scope is fixed access network portfolio: DSL, VDSL / Vectoring, Vplus, G.Fast, GPON (OLT + ONU/MDU), XGSPON, 5520 AMS & 5529 Enhanced Applications and IP routing protocols.
