Experience/Skills required:
• Good knowledge of latest mobile telecommunication technologies and its architecture and experience of working on mobile core network platforms, including IoT.
• Technical expertise in protocols, interfaces, routings and call flows of PS/CS core networks.
• Knowledge with Nokia network products (MSS, HLR, HSS, MME, SGW/PGW, PCRF etc.).
• Understanding of IP networking – switch, routers, firewalls, load balancers in Telco and Enterprise environment.
• Worked with testing of virtual network functions and understand principles of cloud-based environments.
• Understanding of networking concepts DNS, IP connectivity, VLAN, subnetting and IPsec etc.
• Important to have testing experience and mindset for testing applications and services.
• Ability to identify and capture test cases/scenarios, trace test results to quality risk.
• Ability to work in a team as well as an individual under pressure and maintain deadlines.
• Experience in handling test equipment’s: Simulators, analysers, tracing tools, automation systems etc.
• Must be familiar working with test management tools like Jira, HP-QC/ALM.
Educational Requirement:
• University degree in electrical/computer science/telecommunications engineering or equivalent.
• ISEB/ISTQB Foundation test certifications preferred.
