Nokia WING Policy and Charging Solution Integrator
Experience required:
• Experience with Diameter protocol and interfaces (Gx, GY, Sy) – PCRF and OCS products/platforms. Linux experience (OS installation, administration and troubleshooting)
• Experience as system integration and validation expert for protocols Diameter, Radius, SNMP etc and most of diameter interfaces (S6a, S6b, S6d, Wx, SWx, Sh, S13, Gx, Sy, S9, Rx, Cx, Dx)
• Detailed knowledge and experience of 2G/3G/4G data core network architectures, protocols and routing strategies
• Participation in collection and reviewing business use cases/requirements with Customer for PCRF/OCS application
• Designing and implementation of the Gx, Gy, Sy test cases for PCRF/OCS and validating test cases in Lab environment.
• Designing and developing the topology hiding rule sets for PCRF/OCS solution as per customer requirement.
• SPS (PCRF+OCS) solution deployment in Virtualized or Openstack/Cloud environment and VNF lifecycle management
• Capability to write and deliver the HLD/LLD/ATP and MOP documentation according to architecture and business requirements within WING, being compliant to WING architectural principles.
• System testing and debugging, experience with RHEL, gathering traces, logs etc
• Hands-on experience on configuring and troubleshooting network elements from Mobile packet switch platforms like MME, HSS, OneNDS, external PCRF/OCS. Hands-on configuration and scripting of various modules within SPS products.
• Knowledge of LTE/IMS signalling, Policy/Charging and subscriber platform e.g. CSCF/TAS/HSS/DRA/PCRF/OCS etc.
• Knowledge of OSS/BSS tools for Fault and Performance management
• Experience working in a customer facing role
• Strong troubleshooting skills and an aptitude to learn new things
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Educational Requirement:
• Educated to degree level or equivalent backed by relevant industry experience
