Experience Required
The successful candidate will need to be able to represent Nokia WING and engage in discussions with technical stakeholders. The following technical experience is therefore important.

Mobile Network experience, including Core Network operations in a cloud environment

Connectivity Platform experience, including Sim Provisioning and CDR rating

IOT Connectivity

Operational tools, including BSS, OSS and Service Management tools
- Demonstrable experience analysing and documenting complex business requirements, processes and Use Cases.
- Over 5 years of professional experience as Business Analyst in the Telco industry
- Experience of IoT-based projects.
- Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems.
- Deep understanding of eTOM.
- Experience of ITIL
- End to end experience of the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience interacting directly with end users.
- Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience in telecommunications industry in BSS/OSS domain
- Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to develop good working relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- Supported successful business process reorganization projects
Educational Requirement:

Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline, backed by industry experience in the required discipline
