Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience analysing and documenting complex business requirements, processes and Use Cases.
- Over 5 years of professional experience as Business Analyst in the Telco industry
- Experience of IoT-based projects.
- Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems.
- Deep understanding of eTOM.
- End to end experience of the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience interacting directly with end users.
- Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong experience in telecommunications industry in BSS/OSS domain
- Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to develop good working relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- Experience of the logistics environment including Warehouse Management, Delivery Management and Logistics Planning
- Has knowledge and experience of delivering Cloud based systems
- Led successful business process reorganization projects
- Bachelor’s degree or above in communication and computer science related major preferred
