Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge): 
  • BS, MS in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience.  
  • Five of more years of proven Services Solution Portfolio Management developing and profitably growing new service offers
  • Five or more years of demonstrated experience in testing and test automation including a solid understanding of the Testing Services Market (competition, customer requirements, market trends etc.).
  • Broad technical solution expertise across technologies (Wireless, IP, Optical) and domains (Network, OSS, Applications)
  • Strong understanding of the Solution Lifecycle required by Operators to launch new services along with the ability to adapt the same for Verticals and Enterprise Markets
  • Familiarity with the role of IT in the telecom operator environment and the overall direction of the IT industry.
  • Strong relationship management skills to build cross-organizational support for appropriate engagement and support of new services/solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales support and/or business development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Broad experience in wireless & wireline networking and telecom industry
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of personal responsibility
  • Excellent business understanding
  • Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of self-motivation and maturity
  • Strong Team player & networking skills
  • Experience of leading virtual teams across organizations
  • Strategic Thinking
  • Business Case creation experience
  • Fluent English
