Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Several years of experience around Network management and monitoring
- Thorough understanding of Network services specifically in LAN / WLAN, WAN, Remote Access, Internet, Firewall, Proxy, Loadbalancer
- Working experience with global service providers in a global landscape.
- Understanding of best practice processes and tools required to build and run the services in a multi-sourced environment. Ability to manage the impact of emerging cloud technologies on a traditional outsourced environment
- Monitoring platform management experience
- Experience in Network Anomaly detection, Analytics & modern telemetry is welcome
- Monitoring/Network protocol knowledge (ICMP, SNMP, SSH, BGP, NETFLOW, CFLOW, MRTG, …)
- Scripting language (bash, Perl / shell scripts / Python)
- Linux, Unix OS basic skills
- Experience on some Monitoring tools (OP5, ThousandEyes, MRTG, Solarwinds, Airwave, Cacti, …)
- Office 365 experience usage and development skills (Sharepoint on Line, Power BI).
- Fluent English with coordination skills in virtual environment
