Marketing Technical Analyst
Accountable for all aspects of various platform availability and performance including:
Microsoft Power BI, Marketo and other SaaS systems. Review and evaluate current and future infrastructure design issues as required to maintain network integrity, efficient data flow, scalability, cost-efficiency, and user need. Develop, define, deploy and refine procedures and tools to provide continual support for world class technical operations Develop and implement process and procedures for Marketing Technologies to ensure data quality and data load especially between data vendors and Marketo. Manage and respond to data or process issues, working with outside data vendors, reporting team, sales Ops team and communicating out resolution timelines and impact to key stakeholder. Provide leadership and direction to team members in supporting the alignment of company goals Work directly with IT, data architecture, application architecture and data science teams Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to find answers and a passion for problem-solving. Exceptional time management, attention to detail, prioritization, and both verbal and written communication skills Ability to seamlessly juggle multiple projects and responsibilities from a variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environmentSkills
BS or MS in an engineering or technical field 8+ years of experience in a technical analyst role, experience as a manager/team lead is preferred but not required. Conduct user acceptance training sessions with a variety of skill levels and proficiencies. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, Python and PHP etc.. Expert knowledge of SFDC, MSFT Azure, Power BI, AWS, MySQL required. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to take ownership, and the ability to identify and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment. Superior written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with colleagues of all levels. Highly proficient in English a must. Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel and SQL Keen eye on data privacy, compliance and other aspects of data integrity.
