Are you ready to join our Brand and Marketing Communications team and contribute to building the world’s best-in-class, audience-centric marketing organization? The Brand and Marketing Communications team leads and maintains our brand strategy, corporate positioning and aligns our messaging as well as provides a range of shared services to the rest of the organization, including marketing technology, experience centers, online, digital and marketing communications services.

  

The role of the Marketing Specialist is diverse. The ideal person has to have a good understanding of how to build db lists derived from a variety of sources, understand segmentation and manage all aspects of Nokia’s webinar platform. Additionally, the candidate should have expertise with various lead flow processes.

 

Roles / Responsibilities

 

 

Main administrator and end user support for MRM (Marketing Resource Management / campaign planning and calendaring) tools.

  

 

  • Webinar coordinator plus manage Nokia’s webinar program from end to end.
  • Manage or co-manage Tele-Sales/Telemarketing program
  • Monitor records/leads through the lead flow process (scoring, nurturing, engagement, qualifying) in Marketo and verify the accuracy of data flowing into SFDC/CRM and other various platforms. 
  • Create prospect/audience lists (db) for a variety of stakeholders taking into account both basic segmentation such as job function, company, areas of interest and more advanced micro-targeted criteria.
  • Identify areas where data may need to be appended/augmented to improve segmentation.
  • Understand privacy policies and stay abreast on the latest opt in guidelines and rules.

 


Skills

 


  • Knowledge of telecommunications technologies a must.
  • Experience in marketing automation and databases (Marketo and Salesforce a plus)
  • Management experience with telemarketing, script writing and ensure TM agents are following processes and continuing to improve results.
  • Solid communications skills - both verbal and written
  • Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills
  • Passion for testing, measuring and improving processes
  • Competency in reporting results in Excel/PowerPoint with emphasis on good Excel skills.
  • Database knowledge from a query and contact development standpoint.
  • Extremely detail oriented, self-starter who can multi-task well in a fast-paced, growth driven environment.

  • Improving buyer interactions and content delivery of the right information when the buyer would most likely need it, and in the way they prefer to receive it.
  • Creating transparent, effective and efficient marketing activity through coordinated efforts, targeted buyer personas and collaborative teams for campaign planning, design and execution, measurement and optimization.
