Marketing Intern
Comms intern – job description
Objective:
The Communications Intern will support all activities related to executive and external communications for Latin America, including (but not limited to):

Gather and analyze internal information to prepare briefings, memos, blog posts, presentations, quarterly communications and other communications materials as needed

Handle media inquiries and relevant spokespeople contact

Interface with media relations agencies to track results and reporting, besides reviewing press releases and following up on approval processes

Engage with teams to scout for relevant social media content and assist with Social Media for selected regional activities

Interview and produce video or other digital & physical assets scripts

Participate and contribute to the Latin America communications plan

Set-up of internal tools and management of communications channels
Candidate profile:
-
University students enrolled to Public Relations or Journalism courses (from the 5th semester onwards)

Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is a pre-requisite

The ideal candidate is resourceful and shows commitment to drive positive results

He/ She must have excellent communication skills including verbal and written communications and the ability to self-start and take action

Teamwork skills and team building skills.

Discretion handling private and confidential information.

Individual must effectively interact with all levels of management, and global peers. Expected to interface with multiple audiences including various organizations as Marketing, Media relations, Sales, Business Groups and Finance.

Knowledge of Business oriented IT tools: PPT, EXCEL, WORD, Sharepoint, TEAMS.

Experience with tools such as Yammer, SharePoint or WebEx and Design (Ilustrator, Photoshop) and Video (Adobe Premmier, After Effects) software tools or similar is highly appreciated but not mandatory.
