Technology Lead – responsible for market area level interaction with operators

 

Key Responsibilities / Functions:

  • With good CSP background should be able to pick up challenges that CSP’s face, and what are they looking for.
  • Pick up ground realities of the architecture & products in the operator ecosystem – then position Nokia product-based solutions to address the specific challenges
  • Anticipate the challenges likely to hit the operator in near future & create awareness within operator ecosystem and work with them to create strategy to address them.
  • Primarily responsible to create demand for solutions which are not on operator’s radar in immediate horizon of next 3-6 months.
  • Act as a two-way bridge between PLM & Operators on product features, serviceability on PLM side and educating Operators on PLM thought process from future proofing & investment protection perspective.
Key deliverable:
Business -Order Intake and Sales
Relationship -Trusted advisor & evangelist for Operators

Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • At least 20 years’ experience in the telecom industry with the last 6-8 years on CSP side

  • Vertical / unit head role
  • Led large cross functional role
  • Proven capability in creating strategy / planning /delivering complex cross domain projects.

  • Strong understanding of customer Network and identify business opportunity.

  • Sound understanding of IP, Cloud, Core networks and OSS/BSS preferable
