Required Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)   
  • At least 10 years of production experience at a creative agency or equivalent.

  • You bring deep understanding and extensive experience in marketing execution, experience design

  • You have expertise building real, productive relationships with product teams, sales, and creative teams

  • You have management experience working with agile creative teams

  • You are a natural collaborator and mentor who thrives in a cross-functional team environment and knows how to bring out the best in the team 

Description
  • Lead the content calendar across NSW Online properties

  • Monitor and analyze performance of all content to measure impact and invent new strategies to increase effectiveness

  • Grow the audience and consumption of content by leading new programs

  • Drive post-project reviews as required to ensure that you integrate insights for future projects.

  • React quickly to new information, opinions, and direction, and strategically pivot when necessary. 

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic, Communication or UX Design, Media Arts or similar or equivalent experience.
