At least 10 years of production experience at a creative agency or equivalent.

You bring deep understanding and extensive experience in marketing execution, experience design

You have expertise building real, productive relationships with product teams, sales, and creative teams

You have management experience working with agile creative teams

You are a natural collaborator and mentor who thrives in a cross-functional team environment and knows how to bring out the best in the team

Lead the content calendar across NSW Online properties

Monitor and analyze performance of all content to measure impact and invent new strategies to increase effectiveness

Grow the audience and consumption of content by leading new programs

Drive post-project reviews as required to ensure that you integrate insights for future projects.

React quickly to new information, opinions, and direction, and strategically pivot when necessary.

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic, Communication or UX Design, Media Arts or similar or equivalent experience.
