Local Customer Care Engineer
Join our team if you have:
- BSc/MSc in CS/EE;
- Customer orientation and stress tolerance;
- Able to perform some degree of 24x7 customer support;
- Must be able to work/communicate well with a variety of organizations and cultures;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, self-motivated;
- 4-5 years’ experience in telecom industry;
- Knowledge over Fixed Access Products is a plus, FTTX and GPON Platforms
- Skills on holding analysis over technical problems of the products in Fixed Access Domain.
- Database Management (Oracle / SQL/MySQL)
- Linux, Unix (Solaris) Management systems knowledge
- Scripting Knowledge (Perl, Shell…etc)
- CCNA, DSL or MSAN certificates or relevancy is a plus.
