  1. Provide assistance in legal matters, i.e., IPR, legal entity management and other corporate matters;
  2. Provide assistance in drafting, reviewing, verifying contract or other legal documents;
  3. Legal research and translation under the supervision of legal counsel;
  4. Provide assistance in contract management, including but not limited to contract filling and maintenance of contract management system;
  5. Provide assistance in other ad hoc assignments;
  6. Reporting to legal counsel.



  1. Law school student;
  2. Internship for at least 3 months and at least 2 days per week;
  3. Strong sense of responsibility and dedication to work;
  4. Requires basic legal knowledge;
  5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  6. Proficient in Chinese and English language, both oral and written language.


Location: No.1 Wangjing East Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing
