We are for a Lead Information Security Manager to join Nokia’s Information Security team and lead Information Security Governance.
This position is a good match for a seasoned information security professional who is already comfortable with leading major programs in international setting and has good command of related management systems.
You will present and report your projects to senior leaders and though compelling evidence based proposals help them to make informed risk decisions, just like a CISO is expected to do.
You will also play a key role in challenging and proposing changes to company information security strategy. And once completed help to present it to senior business stakeholders. We also expect you to join and represent the company in external security related events.
Like everybody in the team, you will contribute to operational information security activities like Nokia’s breach response, training and awareness, answering stakeholder questions and surveys. This is for important both to keep us rooted to reality, but also to offer diverse viewpoints and to ensure that we continue to learn from each other.
Main Responsibility Areas and Key Tasks
- Lead the work to create our new Information Security strategy and to establish and run our information security governance practices. Define and run Nokia’s information security reporting and KPIs. Improve our risk management practices.
- Create key awareness messages that can be used to increase awareness of Nokia information security strategy and the value information security brings to the company
- Lead information security assessments
- Job requires some travel
Education, experience and skills

Master’s degree in engineering or business administration

10 + years of experience in information / IT security, governance, assessments / audits, strategy and related performance management work

Fluency in written and spoken English required. You should be a confident and impactful presenter and comfortable to report to senior company executives.

Experience in leading teams and/or large programs.

Proactive, able and willing to reach out to different organizations proactively to achieve timely results

Works independently with little supervision.

Experienced and comfortable in working in multi-cultural global organization.
This position reports to the head of Nokia Information Security.
