Lead Compliance Counsel - EE & CIS
2. Legal experience preferred; in-house experience in a multinational “matrix” organization preferred 3. Anti-bribery/corruption-focused experience is strongly preferred 4. Experience of advising on criminal and regulatory compliance matters and with conducting corporate internal investigations 5. Command of the Russian language, fluency in English

Experience and understanding of compliance issues confronting the industry 16. Strong knowledge of key anti-bribery legislation, including applicable national and international legislation. 17.
