  1. Minimum 10 years of L&C professional experience, with at least 3 years of solid and trackable experience in compliance

2.    Legal experience preferred; in-house experience in a multinational “matrix” organization preferred

3.    Anti-bribery/corruption-focused experience is strongly preferred

4.    Experience of advising on criminal and regulatory compliance matters and with conducting corporate internal investigations

5.    Command of the Russian language, fluency in English

 

Competencies

6.    Strong and demonstrable leadership capabilities to lead, do project management and work with cross-functional and cross-business teams

7.    Ability to work individually, and under general direction to independently develop solutions to issues

8.    Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as fundamental ability to work and to lead through ambiguity

9.    Ability to work effectively and collegiality with influence skill to staff at all levels of the organization

10. Ability to engage with all levels of the organization (including senior management) as well as contractors and suppliers

11. Ability to operate effectively in complex organizational structure and demonstrated ability to partner effectively with other functions in addressing and resolving issues

12. Sound judgment in sensitive areas and on difficult issues

13. Ability to understand and take account of business drivers and needs

14. Ability to clearly explain ethics and compliance risks, develop sound mitigation strategies and find acceptable commercial solutions; Ability to firmly express what needs to be said in a constructive manner, particularly when this is not a popular message

15. Experience and understanding of compliance issues confronting the industry

16. Strong knowledge of key anti-bribery legislation, including applicable national and international legislation.

17. A strong commitment to integrity and professionalism.
