 Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

 What you will learn and contribute to

We are looking for a NetAct Install & Upgrade Architect who would be part of our Tiger Team whose scope of work is as given below,

ASSIGNMENT

Ø  Act as a trusted advisor partnering with the customer on its strategy positioning & end-user understanding thanks to end-to-end architecture on multiple domains.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Ø  Understands the end-user’s current & future expectations and needs in order to act as the advocate and trusted advisor of the customer on its future strategy and positioning

Ø  Translates customer’s requirements to design the full scope of the solution in the domain, to achieve workable end-to-end solutions including Nokia and third party sub-systems as defined.

Ø  Specifies & designs effective end-to-end solutions, through the high as well as low level design of architecture, to meet customer needs in a market positioning prospective

Ø  Applies solution architecture methodology, best practices, processes and principles to create value for the customer.

Ø  Develops the full scope of the solution, working across organizations to achieve workable solutions

Ø  Continuously innovates so that products, processes, and services better serve customers

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

Ø  Bachelor or Master degree in CSE/ECE/EEE/EI/IT

Ø  14-18 years of experience in Telecom, Network Management or  SON Domain with strong radio knowledge across 2G/3G/4G/5G & Nokia SRAN

Ø  Experience in NetAct & SON Telecom applications, preferably

Ø  Architecture & Solution Building with Broad experience in multiple domains and technologies

Ø  Sound knowledge of mediation systems.

Ø  Extensive knowledge of various architectural and design methodologies (Eg: component based, SOA, scalable ASYNC Frameworks, Microservices, etc.)

Ø  Extensive and in-depth knowledge of architecting and designing for non-functional product requirements (Eg: high availability, failure resilience, scalability, latency, performance etc.)

Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:

Ø  12 years of experience in Architectural and Software Development Background and over 5 years of experience in working with Containers and Cloud Native Development

Ø  Extensive experience and proficiency in Core JAVA, JAVA Enterprise, Python, Spring, Springboot, Message brokers (ActiveMQ, Rabbit MQ, Kafka, etc.) and Caching framework (Redis, EHCachem Inmemory Cache, etc.)

Ø  Experience in data exchange and integration formats including XML, JSON, and SOAP, REST and Service-Oriented Architectures

Ø  Excellent knowledge of databases technologies both RDBMS (MySQL) and No-SQL (MongoDB/CouchDB, Cassandra)

Ø  Experience in front end technologies like AngularJS, React.js

Ø  Experience in automated delivery pipelines (GitLab), Jenkins, Docker and Kubernetes are preferred

Ø  Lead the design, Solutioning and Implementation of of large-scale applications, using modern application development practices and open source emerging technologies, covering domains like microservices, API management, web-scale architectures

Ø  Strong Experience on SaaS, PaaS and IaaS architectures.

Ø  Experience in container architecture, Docker universal packaging, container orchestration and Micro services architecture pattern.

Ø  4+ years experience with Kubernetes with ability to design and implement end-to-end container management solution with Kubernetes

Ø  Proficient with Kubernetes internal architecture and sound knowledge of container technologies and the tools and challenges around them

Ø  Excellent technical problem solving skills, including identifying and addressing system defects etc.

Ø  Ability to work independently and provide proactive leadership in a complex environment with multiple teams

Ø  Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, including conducting presentations to teams and to customers.
