General Purpose:
Global R&D Laboratories organization is looking for Laboratory Administrator, Working Student for Laboratory team in Wroclaw. As a Lab Administrator You will be working closely with a local Laboratory team and cooperating with Laboratory teams in other countries at 18 sites.
 
Main Responsibility Area:
As part of our team You will be responsible for executing and coordinating activities in the areas of Laboratory Logistics and Infrastructure. You will act as a Lab Administrator in our Wroclaw R&D Laboratory.
 
As part of our team you will be responsible for:
 
  • taking care for technical and engineering issues inside the laboratory
  • inventory for common assets
  • storage management, parcels shipment and receiving
  • simple electric and logical installation
  • internal technical documentation updating
  • acting as a liaison between the internal teams and the external subcontractors or vendors
  
 
Our expectations:
Position Requirements:
 
  • technical and design experience with electrical and logical installations
  • ability to close cooperation with external suppliers and sub-contractors
  • work organization skills
  • excellent manual skills
  • willingness to promote certain level of work standards (eg. documentation)
  • ability to learn quickly
  • good communication skills and ability to maintain high standards in challenging situations
  • intermediate English skills

 

 
Additional Requirements:
Nice to have:

 

  • familiar with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office  
  • knowledge about precision cooling systems
  • experience with agile service delivery
  • ITIL experience
  • SEP certificate cat. E1
