Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical software expert, accountable for PLM service including the research, design, programming, and testing of operating or new software. Supporting business and IT to adapt digital technologies faster and to improve application or solution performance.
- Analyses technical requirements provided by solution architect and translates them into implementable SW designs and configurations. Evaluates possibilities with different technologies and platforms.
- Analyze ideas and demands for technology and architectural fit and provides technical estimates that can be used by program owner for cost / benefit analysis Codes, develops, build and propose detailed technical solutions utilizing existing or new technologies.
- Ensure the Agile Scrum process is established, and its activities are successfully executed.
- Communication and Analytics to all the stakeholders in all phases.
- Perform software testing and conduct code review.
- Documentation and change management of custom code.
- Analyze business process potentials for streamlining and improvements in efficiencies.
- Meet regularly with applications team to solicit feedback on needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar with Technical Background.
- At least 2+ years PLM experience.
- Experience with Java and Oracle.
- Experience with PLM – Agile / PTC / UG / Dassault.
- Flexible approach and have the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to analyze customer’s business operations and make suggestions for process improvements.
- Good command of English (Speaking & Written).
Preferred:
- Solid knowledge in Change Management, Configuration Management and Engineering-to-Order (ETO) BOM practices
- Knowledge in Dassault ENOVIA implementation is a plus
- Expert writing MQL
- Expert developer using Java and Oracle
