- Bachelors’ degree or engineering degree in Telecommunications/Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 8-10+ years’ experience in Network services, deep knowledge of and management in complex environment
- Deep technical knowledge and understanding of VPN, Next Generation Firewall and Web Proxy technologies
- Technical knowledge of Data Center Network technologies, WAN and Internet
- Experience with Fortinet Firewalls and Similar products along with NAC will be added advantage
- Capable to understand and solve independently complex issues related to VPN, Firewall and Web Proxy in often ambiguous circumstances
- Working experience of Tools, processes, support team’s coordination
- Previous experience of understanding and solving independently complex issues related to cloud hosting services, including datacenter network, firewalls, virtualization, load balancing, cloud traffic management and WAN routing, and drive those to resolution with service providers
- Knowledge in area of Network Security with
- Understanding on network security layer for Internet / IDS / IPS
- Network security groups, virtual appliances, NAT
- Requirement gathering experience and develop business cases
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Eager and capable to work in a global multi-cultural team and to develop him/her self
- Strong customer focus
