IT Solution Designer, TEM-Mobile Voice

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent field;

Deep knowledge and understanding of Mobile Communication services business and technical solutions, including regional and global market trends for mobile voice service area as well as other Nokia IT services in order to align the Mobile Voice strategy to support those services accordingly
-
Capable to understand complex requirements for the services in scope, and translate them into solution requirements and improvement plans
-
Experienced to coordinate suppliers and service management in cross functional
-
Capable to understand and develop business cases, and manage the costs of IT service, including volume management and control
-
Financial understanding managing and planning service costs
-
Excellent verbal and written English language and communication skills

Eager and capable to work in a global multi-cultural team and to develop him/herself;

Past experience in supplier contract negotiations and eAuctions and being familiar of various invoicing models and subscription plans of mobile operators will be an asset
