IT Solution Designer
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one of the group function processes and tools: HR, Quality, legal & Compliance or Real Estate
- More than 3 years experiences in IT solution design
- Proven Experience with one or many IT technology supporting group functions such as SAP, CSOD, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Azure or other Cloud Computing Platforms
- Working knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL or others)
- Experience in working with Agile methodology / DevOps environment
- Database modelling concepts
- Functional knowledge of applications in HR, Quality, Real Estate or Legal area
- Experience in web-based software development and software deployment processes
- Provide technology strategy planning
- Integrate information technologies into the company for optimal effectiveness
- Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
- Experience of working within a multi-cultural environment
- Expertise in Application lifecycle management
Ability to work with and communicate to a variety of audiences, executive level/peer-to-peer/ subordinate/ technical and non-technical
