IT Solution Architect/ Solution Owner for Event Management
> 5 Years of hands on experience in Event Management and general service management (ITIL in general) within client environments, both from an operational point of view as well as an architectural design one
Good understanding of complex IT environments and factual and theoretical knowledge to identify and retrieve information
Experience in ITIL process management
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders and external suppliers in the Event Management realm.
Highly independent and self-directed adhering to agreed policies, enterprise architecture, security and regulatory demands.
Strong problem-solving skills requiring research and creative thought.
Promotes a risk-aware culture, ensures use of efficient and effective risk compliance management practices by requiring adherence to standards and processes.
Able to act in and to coordinate people and stakeholders in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural environment, including external IT providers, Nokia IT technical teams, as well as technicians from business areas
Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to translate and mediate between different parties from a more technical/architectural design language to non-architectural experts and further project members
Good appreciation of stakeholder needs at both operational and strategic levels and the ability to mediate and guide within potentially conflicting requests to adapt event management and monitoring solution and its effects on other interconnected tools and systems
Has a broadly "agile" mindset, applying approaches as Agile, Scrum and DevOps to deliver IT projects/programs. May act as a Scrum Master in agile projects
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or related field from recognized university
At least 5 years of experience in architecture and solution design of complex technology environments, with a particular track record in Event Management and IT technology asset landscape
Excellent knowledge of tools in Nokia’s event monitoring tooling landscape such as: ServiceNow, Science Logic, OPS, BigFix, eG Enterprise, VitalNet, Moogsoft as well as HCL’s MyXalytics
Strong capability to estimate, size, and define dependencies/assumptions in Event Management implementations/upgrades/deployment solutioning.
Use of Development tools and agile methodologies, including Jira and Confluence practical use.
Strong process improvement experience, and experience developing metrics and quantifying value returned;
Cross-domain experience with ancillary applications (such as security) for a broad understanding of critical intersections within the Nokia tooling landscape
Develop and determine trusted data sources and the reconciliation process, as well
Experience with Visio and process mapping methodologies
Scripting & Programming: JavaScript, Python, Java
Excellent analytical, conceptual, data analysis and reporting skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
ITIL V3 foundation /intermediate certification
Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL V3 expert certification
Implementation Specialist certification strongly preferred
Excellent knowledge of IT tools such as UPM-X, Flexera, ADDM, Power BI and IAM platforms
Implementation Specialist certifications strongly preferred
Integration Technologies: Redhat Fuse, TIBCO
Cloud (Azure) hosting solution architecting
Industry standard IT information security technologies
