IT Solution Architect /Solution Owner for Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
> 5 Years of hands on experience with CMDBs and service management (ITIL in general) within client environments, both from an operational point of view as well as an architectural design one
Highly independent and self-directed individual capable of working with minimal supervision
Good understanding of complex IT environments and factual and theoretical knowledge to identify and retrieve information
Experience in ITIL process management

Able to act in and to coordinate people and stakeholders in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural environment, including external IT providers, Nokia IT technical teams, as well as technicians from business areas
Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to translate and mediate between different parties from a more technical/architectural design language to non-architectural experts and further project members
Good appreciation of stakeholder needs at both operational and strategic levels and the ability to mediate and guide within potentially conflicting requests to adapt the CMDB and its effects on other interconnected tools and systems
Experience and good knowledge of further tools such as UPM-X, EI-ESB (Redhat Fuse, TIBCO), ADDM, Flexera, and Power BI and IAM platforms
Has a broadly "agile" mindset, applying approaches as Agile, Scrum and DevOps to deliver IT projects/programs. May act as a Scrum Master in agile projects
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or related field from a recognized university
At least 5 years of experience in architecture and solution design of complex technology environments, particularly with CMDB and IT technology asset landscape
At least 3+ years working with ServiceNow CMDB solutions including Platform & Product line implementation (ITSM, PLATFORM) and integrations with related systems
2+ years working with ServiceNow Discovery and service mapping
Strong capability to estimate, size, and define dependencies/assumptions in CMDB implementations/upgrades/deployment solutioning.
Database: Design/Implementation of complex databases and development of data structures, data schemas and data modeling, includes SQL
Use of Development tools and agile methodologies, including Jira and Confluence practical use.
Strong process improvement experience, and experience developing metrics and quantifying value returned;
Cross-domain experience with ancillary applications (such as security) for a broad understanding of critical intersections of the CMDB;
Develop and determine trusted data sources and the reconciliation process, as well as schedule the CMDB data update process;
Strong knowledge of IT Asset and CMDB processes and procedures
Experience with Visio and process mapping methodologies
Scripting & Programming: JavaScript, Python, Java
Business Requirement Analysis
ITIL V3 foundation /intermediate certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL V3 expert certification
Excellent knowledge of IT tools such as UPM-X, Flexera, ADDM, Power BI and IAM platforms
Implementation Specialist certifications strongly preferred
Integration Technologies: Redhat Fuse, TIBCO
Cloud (Azure) hosting solution architecting
Industry standard IT information security technologies
