Job Description
 
Enterprise Applications team
In this role, you will be part of our Enterprise Applications team, responsible end to end for Nokia's applications’ portfolio, used across all Business Groups and Functions. Our current mission is to simplify and modernize our application portfolio and to transform into a fast moving, product-oriented and customer-focused technology organization.
 
The role of the Service owner accountable for the entire lifecycle of Mobility Service(s) (WeChat). Responsible for stakeholder satisfaction and quality service delivery including operational and financial performance. Accountable for continuous improvement actions. 
 
 
Job Responsibilities & Competencies

Accountable for ensuring the service business continuity. 
Have an ownership over the entire service lifecycle.
Responsible for quality assurance and performance of the IT service(s) ) according to SLA’s agreed with Business. Monitors IT delivery performance, end-to-end, through agreed KPIs. Analyzes and reports deviations and proactively proposes and drives improvement actions. Ensures that the incidents are solved according to agreed SLA. 
Contributes solving business escalations impacting business performance and participates in RCA for critical incidents. 
Responsible and accountable for the service roadmaps; documents and validates planned activities, technical releases, changes, ramp ups and –downs, and aligns them with the project roadmap, provider contracts, architectural requirements, security, and keeps Business Partners informed. 
Accountable for the implementation of technical releases, change management and service communication. 
Proactively identifies and managing the dependences between services or service roadmaps and planned changes in other areas (e.g.  processes).
Monitors total service costs and is responsible for continuous service cost planning and LE accuracy. Ensures that service cost impacts from projects are analyzed and updated in the cost plans. Signs off IT service impact. Actively seeks for cost saving measures.. 
Approves Minor Enhancement Requests and related costs.  
Accountable and responsible for accurate master data in Service Catalogue and in IT service management tooling.  
Contributes to definition of the IT Business Service Level Agreement with the suppliers. 
Accountable for collaboration with respective IT suppliers
Monitors service license usage and needs and works closely with License Managers. 
Monitors service capacity and initiates needed changes. 
Accountable for service documentation and keeping it up-to-date
 
 
Qualifications
 
Customer-centric, passionate about designing and delivering great user experiences
Rich experience with WeChat related application development and operation.
Data driven, strong analytical ability and attention to details
Strong ability to ideate and innovate
Self-driven, ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, uncertain situations
Strong communications and negotiation skills
Rich experience with application development including C#, .Net Core, SQL Server and Azure cloud application.
Strong collaboration skills
Ability to lead large cross-functional groups and drive results
Fluent English in both written and verbal
