IT Senior Project Manager - Salesforce
Experience / skills required:
- 10 years’ experience of leading waterfall and agile IT projects with in-house, external professional service partners and software vendors, particularly Salesforce, Microsoft and SAP.
- 5 years’ experience of ITIL service operations processes
- Poses a strong customer focus, demonstrate full ownership and accountability with a keen attention to detail and drive for completeness
- Ability to provide vision and leadership for your own team and be a strong contributor and initiative owner within the Sales & Marketing leadership team and wider as required
- Proven track record of managing highly geographical dispersed and cross disciplinary teams
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
- Quick learner, self-starter, able to work independently and collaborate strongly with peers
- Passion for quality
- Track record for active problem solving, working with complex heterogeneous technical environments and appreciation for the challenge and opportunities for operations excellence with intricate legacy ecosystems
- Proven experience of Agile, public Cloud and Dev/Ops methodologies and the challenges to assure successful service operations; including but no limited to Salesforce, SAP and Microsoft Azure
- Solid understanding of Agile Software Development Lifecycle and software quality assurance processes and tooling (e.g. Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, Selenium etc.)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Project and associated suite of online collaboration tools to ensure full adoption of such systems of record for all projects under your control
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Masters degree in business of finance preferred. Agile and Salesforce.com certifications preferred
