IT Knowledge & Adoption Manager
> 5 Years of hands on experience in Knowledge Management Methodologies and Tools
> 3 years of driving adoption within multi-cultural companies (events as well as materials)
Highly independent and self-directed individual capable of working with minimal supervision.
Good understanding of complex IT environments and factual and theoretical knowledge to identify and retrieve information as an IT generalist
Able to coordinate people and stakeholder in a multidisciplinary and multi-cultural environment, including external IT providers, Nokia IT technical teams, as well as technicians from business areas
Very strong communication skills both written and verbal, excellent report writing and organizational skills.
- Excellent influencing skills
Ability to think strategically in terms of culture and behavior, business processes and technology and tools
Good appreciation of customer needs at both operational and strategic levels
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field from recognized university
3 to 5 years of experience in leading Knowledge and/or Adoption Management in complex technology environments
- Experience to drive adoption programs based on technologies towards users
- ITIL V3 foundation /intermediate certification
- Broad IT knowledge
- ITIL V3 expert certification
- Six Sigma
Knowledge Management systems and Knowledge base software experience.
