Ability to research, analyze and recommend continuous improvement of Event Management solutions and ITSM processes for greater effectiveness and efficiency

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field from recognized university
At least 5 years of experience within the ITSM Management realm with a particular track record in Event Management Process and Monitoring related activities
Experience with ServiceNow use, reporting and development
Excellent analytical, conceptual, data analysis and reporting skills
ITIL V3 foundation /intermediate certification
ITIL V3 expert certification
Implementation Specialist certification strongly preferred
Excellent knowledge of tools such as UPM-X, EI-ESB, Power BI and IAM platforms
Excellent knowledge of the Nokia Event Management tooling landscape mentioned above
