IT Enterprise Computing China Data Center Manager

·      Fluent in spoken & written Mandarin & English is a must

·     Strong skills and hands-on knowledge for provisioning and management of datacenter facility services

·       Bachelor's degree in technology, management, computer science or a related field

·       Good command of English (Speaking & Written)

·       Skills in creating and maintaining technical documentation, reports and presentations

·       Able to translate complex technical topics in business terms, and in to understandable end user communication

·       Experience and capability to work and coordinate with IT and business teams, and across organizational borders

·       Several years of experience working for company owned or with contracted co-location datacenters.

·       Experience with computing and network technology, and expert with datacenter electrical and HVAC systems.

·       Service-Level Agreement Management knowledge and practical experience

·       Ability to set strategy, collaborate, and influence across multiple levels of an organization.

·       Ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities. Root cause analysis review experience

·       Experience with data centers industrial engineering and construction programs and standards.

·       Experience in sourcing and managing large infrastructure equipment suppliers.

·       Ability to build effective and lasting relationships with stakeholders and suppliers

·       Inter datacenter networking experience and knowledge of cabling best practices
