Competencies and Requirements:
- Bachelor/Masters degree in Human Resources related degrees/ Marketing/ or Communication
- Prior experience with employer branding an added value
- Ability to write in a well-structured, purposeful manner for advertising, intranet/internet, social media and any other channels
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Interpersonal savvy, builds rapport and engagement with others easily
- Influencing others
- Solution focus with strong implementation drive
- Creativity
