IT Data Modelling Analyst CMDB
Strong knowledge of CMDB storage and transformation concepts and mechanisms
Highly independent and self-directed individual capable of working with minimal supervision
Good understanding of complex IT environments and factual and theoretical knowledge to identify and retrieve information
Experience in ITIL process management

Industry, Market and technology trends and direction centered on data modeling and CMDB concepts
- Software programming languages
Experience and good knowledge of further tools such as UPM-X, EI-ESB (Redhat Fuse, TIBCO), ADDM, Flexera, and Power BI and IAM platforms
Has a broadly "agile" mindset, applying approaches as Agile, Scrum and DevOps to deliver IT projects/programs. May act as a Scrum Master in agile projects
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or related field from recognized university or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in CMDB data modeling & design, auto-discovery
At least 3 years hands on experience with IT Service Integration Tools (ServiceNow, UPM-X, EISEB)
Hands-on experience and proven track record in industry leading Data Modelling tools such as: PowerDesigner, ER/Studio, Sparx Enterprise Architect, Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler, IBM - InfoSphere Data Architect, CA ERwin
- Ability to execute and configure ServiceNow Reports
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Solid and proven knowledge & hands-on experience implementing CMDB
- Agile development methodologies
- Practical knowledge of ITIL processes
ITIL V3 foundation certification
Excellent knowledge of IT tools such as UPM-X, Flexera, ADDM, Power BI and IAM platforms
- Integration Technologies: Redhat Fuse, TIBCO
- Cloud (Azure) hosting solution architecting
- Industry standard IT information security technologies
